Please consider joining Family Health West’s Fifty Families and help us continue
the Tradition of Caring, Close to Home. By joining this special group, your family
helps ensure that Family Health West continues to provide the best in health
care services for the communities it serves.
As one of the Fifty Families, your family will be honored at the first annual
“Family Health West Barn Dance” fall 2010, receive a commemorative brick in
the new hospital’s Pathway to Health and be recognized at the Red Baron Ball, April 17, 2010.
In addition, all Fifty Families will receive a monthly Fifty Families Matter
Newsletter with health education for your family, updates on the organization,
local health-related event information, and shared updates submitted by the
