RN's at Family Health West have the opportunity to work with patients in both the acute and acute rehabilitaion phase of their recovery. Nursing, physical therapy, and occupational therapy work as a team to prepare the patient to return to their living situations. Flexible schedules with 12 hour shifts are the standard at Family Health West. The opportunity to work in the Emergency Department of this Critical Access Hospital is part of the Registered Nurses job description.

The CNA is an integral part of the health care team at Family Health West Hosptial. Working closely with the nursing and thearpy staff, the CNA assists in preparing the patient for transition to the patients living environment. The CNA also has the opportunity to work with the Emergency Department staff in the care of the emergency patient.
