Medicare Skilled Nursing Services after an injury or illness will
have hi The MEDICARE SKILLED THERAPY program at Family Health West is staffed by Caring Professionals. A team of therapists from Physical, Speech or Occupational Therapy will work closely with physicians and nurses to optimize the individual's treatment and recovery. While a great deal of the therapy is performed bedside, the program has full access to gym equipment. Staff work with patients up to six days each week and family participation is welcome. The goal of our Physical Rehabilitation Therapy Services is to provide care that assists patients to reverse or slow declines and improve or maintain at their Highest Possible Level of Functioning. WE WANT TO HELP OUR PATIENTS GET WELL AND RETURN TO THEIR HOME SETTING! |
